It's quite simple really. You pick the template(s) or provide us with a more detailed design idea. In the latter case, an artist will be contacting you with drafts and suggestions. Once you are satisfied with the design you send us the pair of shoes you'd like the design on. We can also buy the shoes for you but that will cost you a bit more. After you pay for the shoe design an artist will create them in up to 7 days. Allow a few extra days for the post and the shoes are with you. The avarage time from the purchase to shoes on your feet is 7-14 days.

We understand the everyday struggle very well, that's why we're willing to produce some pairs every year for a minimum cost or even free of charge. In return, we ask you to do something for your local or wider community. Contact us with your idea and we'll see what we can do.
The paints we use are the highest quality leather paints (Angelus) on the market. The paints are water resistant and do not crack. There are always several layers of the color itself and several layers of color protection. The paint is as durable as on the highest grade factory shoes you can buy in store. It will not wear off – tested with breakdancers. Else, you get your money back.
However, if you don't treat your Freshest Shoes right, the color will be scraped, as with any other shoe. Examplary bad activities – dragging the sides of the shoe on concrete, taking your shoes to the woods, wearing them in winter (salt on ice), your dog chewing on them etc.
